About Tasman Holiday Parks Airlie Beach

Tucked away in quiet Jubilee Pocket, Tasman Holiday Parks Airlie Beach is the closest holiday park to central Airlie Beach. This is proper tropical Queensland - palm trees everywhere, colourful birds hanging around, and a lovely big resort-style pool where you'll probably end up spending more time than you planned.

The park has a real community feel about it. Every day at 4pm, rainbow lorikeets, cockatoos, and other local birds come down for feeding time - kids absolutely love it, and honestly, adults do too. In the evenings, different food trucks roll in serving everything from tacos to bao buns, so you can grab dinner without leaving the park. Sundays often have live music, making it feel like a proper little festival atmosphere.

The team here knows their stuff when it comes to Whitsunday tours and can sort out bookings for reef trips, Whitehaven Beach, sailing adventures - whatever you're after. You're an 18-minute walk along a lit footpath into central Airlie Beach, or there's a bus stop right outside if you can't be bothered. Jubilee Tavern is directly across the road for meals and drinks, and there's a small supermarket just three minutes' walk away.

"We loved this site so much we ended up extending for another night! Clean, spacious facilities and nice staff. WiFi was also really good. Airlie beach is just a short walk/bus ride away if you're looking for a night out. The cabin was just perfect. Sparkling clean and so quiet. Very very convenient as well."

Booking.com

"Incredible campground! The best so far! Besides having super gentle staff, everything is super clean and the facilities always ready to serve. Our favourite campsite along the East Coast. Beautiful clean facilities. Ideal location, about 15-20 minute walk into the heart of Airlie Beach. Bird feeding at 4PM every day was an amazing experience - the birds eat out of your hand and land on your head. There was a beautiful coffee truck there every morning from 7-10. Depending on the evening, a different food truck would be outside."

CamperMate Reviews

"Amazing holiday park! Nice swimming pool, coffee truck in the morning and food trucks every night with different food. It is a walking distance from the city centre but if you don't like to walk there is a bus that stops in front of the holiday park. The kids loved the playground and bouncy pillow. We had the new cabin. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed even a BBQ. The pool area was nice and quiet."

Booking.com

Good to know: It's an 18-20 minute walk into central Airlie Beach. Easy enough, but some guests find it's a bit too far in the heat, especially with kids or after a big night out. The bus stops right outside, or taxis are cheap (under $10). Having a car makes life easier, but plenty of people manage fine without one.
