You're literally across the road from Port of Airlie, where about 80% of tours depart from. No rushing to catch boats or stressing about parking - just stroll across when you're ready.

The property reopened in 2021 after a major refurbishment, so everything's modern and well-maintained. The apartments are genuinely spacious with beach-inspired styling, and every single one has a balcony with views over the Coral Sea and marina. They're proper self-contained apartments with full kitchens, laundry facilities, and room to actually live - not just sleep.

It's about a 10-15 minute walk into the main part of Airlie Beach for restaurants and the lagoon. The location means you get that relaxed, away-from-the-crowds feeling while still being close to everything. Perfect if you want somewhere peaceful to come back to after a big day out on the reef or islands.
