The property is brand spanking new with sleek contemporary design throughout, from the stylish common areas to the spotless dorm rooms. Located on Waterson Way, you're just a 2-3 minute walk from the main street but tucked back enough to enjoy quieter nights.

The main street with all the restaurants, bars, and shops is just a 2-3 minute walk away.

The Airlie Beach Lagoon is just a 5 minute walk - perfect for cooling off after a hot day. You're walking distance to everything: cafes for breakfast, the main street for nightlife, Woolworths for supplies, and plenty of tour operators for booking your Whitsundays adventures.

Port of Airlie is about a 17 minute walk and Coral Sea Marina is 15 minutes on foot - these are where most of the boats depart for Whitsundays tours. Many tour operators offer pickup from accommodations though, so check when you book. The Saturday markets at the foreshore are about a 10 minute stroll if you want to check out local crafts and food.

There's a nice cafe right downstairs from Bounce if you want breakfast or brunch without going far. The Bicentennial Walkway along the waterfront is great for morning runs or sunset walks. Check-in starts at 2pm and check-out is at 10am. Download the Goki app before arrival as your room key will be digital - no more lost key cards! You'll need to show valid ID (passport or driver's license) at check-in. The reception team is super friendly and will give you the lowdown on everything happening at the hostel and around town.

Payment & Bar

Bounce is completely cashless - you'll need a card for everything including drinks at the bar. They accept Visa and Mastercard. Since there's a licensed bar on-site, BYO alcohol is strictly not allowed. Anyone caught with their own drinks will be asked to leave immediately.

Important to Know

Age restriction is strictly 18-35 years only - they will check ID. No bachelor or bachelorette parties allowed. During peak season, there may be a 2-3 night minimum stay. Bookings of 4 or more people are considered group bookings with different terms. The period from December 22 to January 9 falls under their non-refundable NYE policy. Once you've checked in, bookings are non-refundable.
